Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging (when applicable)
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used products or items damaged by improper handling
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the approval status.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Refund Approval: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
  • EBANX/Local Payments: 7-15 business days (varies by country)
  • Bank Transfer: 10-20 business days for international transfers

If approved: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the expected time, please check with your payment provider or contact our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will assist you promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • ✓ Defective or damaged products
  • ✓ Incorrect items received
  • ✓ Items not as described

🔄 Free Return (Quality Issues)

If the product has quality issues, we provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the shipping cost. Contact our support team for assistance.

Exchange Process

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or alternative products subject to availability.

How to Request an Exchange:

  2. 2. Specify: Tell us which item you want to exchange and the preferred replacement
  3. 3. Ship Back: Return the original item following our return guidelines
  4. 4. Receive: Once received, we will ship the replacement item (3-7 business days)

Note: For international orders (LATAM), exchange shipping times may take longer due to customs clearance.
